Lived in Paradise, CA since 1955, and have been active in the community since then. Been a member of Quota Club for many years, on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club – and instrumental along with 30 others in forming the Boys and Girls Club of Paradise. I have been on the Board of the Paradise Association of Realtors first as Treasurer, then President. Also, always involved heavily in church. I play the piano, accordion and organ and sing. It has been a full life, married to my husband Howard for 47 years before he graduated to Heaven.

I obtained my real estate agents license in 1979 and my Broker’s license in 1983. Prior to that I was employed by Larwin Developments Inc. then Sam Fortino who developed a 4000 lot subdivision above Paradise called Paradise Pines and became the Vice President and Executive Officer. It was great experience.

Since I had obtained my mobile home sales license and real estate license, and my husband had become a Broker, we decided to work for ourselves. I bought a partnership in Better Homes Real Estate, plus processed all of Howard’s escrows for his real estate business. After a period of time Howard and I opened our own office in downtown Paradise.

At that time I served as Treasurer in the Paradise Association of Realtors two terms, and was elected President of the Association in 1987. I became the principal Broker of our company many years ago, have been a Notary Public for the past 36 years in California and have served as an expert witness in a few court cases. In 1998 I was certified as a Paralegal.

We have been franchised by United Country Real Estate for the past 17+ years. Our office deals in many types of real estate. We have sold properties in California, Oregon, Idaho and Nevada. We sell ranches, mobile home parks, commercial properties, businesses, orchards, as well as residential. We have been involved in many exchanges over the years, and deal with property management and mortgage loans for private individuals.
